Financial Hardship Policy

Destination CLEs Financial Hardship Policy:

On a case-by-case basis, Destination CLEs will evaluate requests for registration fee waivers or discounted fees from attorneys who wish to attend seminars, but for whom the cost of such would be a financial hardship.

  1. Requests for discounted tuition shall be made in writing and submitted at least six (6) weeks before the date on which the CLE course or program is to be held. Applications received less than six (6) weeks before the program may be denied.
  2. Financial hardship discounts may be applied only toward price of CLE tuition. All other costs for travel, lodging, meals not included in conference are the responsibility of the attorney.
  3. The written request must also contain a statement of the economic hardship, which shall remain confidential.
  4. A financial hardship discount may only be requested and used once per attorney.
